PC Health Check app checks the following things:
- Processor construction and support for key instructions
- amount of RAM
- storage space
- Graphics card driver models and support status
- TPM version
- Windows OS version and build number
It then reports with either a message that your PC meets the Insider Program requirements or a warning if any problems are found. If you get warnings, you can still try to install the Insider build, but you may encounter issues.

Dev Channel - where new features are tried out first. The riskiest in terms of bugs and stability.

Beta Channel – Features are a bit more sophisticated than Dev. Still somewhat unstable.
